How to Delete Your Account

From the Mobile App

  1. Open the VoiceMatrix mobile app
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. Tap on Delete Account
  5. Enter your password for verification
  6. Confirm the deletion

Important Information

When you delete your VoiceMatrix account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • All phone call recordings and transcriptions
  • AI agent configurations
  • Knowledge base documents
  • Business information and settings
  • Usage statistics and analytics

This action cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 30 days for quality and service purposes. After deletion, your account data will be removed immediately, but recordings may remain in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

Please include your registered email address and reason for deletion in your request. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
