Deployment Patterns

What an agent actually does, by industry

Four of the deployment patterns we build most often — the problem each one solves, what the agent handles on the call, and what changes as a result.

These four profiles are illustrative scenarios we wrote, not customer accounts. They are not real companies, not anonymised customers, and not testimonials, and no outcome below is a measured customer result. They describe how we configure an agent for each situation. The platform numbers immediately below are the opposite — those are measured on our production database, and the window is stated.

On the platform, 25 October 2025 – 6 August 2026

1,824

calls handled

98.8%

ended in a completed state

4,043

minutes of conversation

130

agents built across 67 organisations

Every call on the platform from the first one to 6 August 2026, counted on our production database on that date. “Completed state” means the call record closed normally; it is a technical status, not a measure of whether the caller got what they wanted.

Healthcare

Multi-site medical clinic group, Central Israel

Appointment scheduling and reminders

The problem

A reception team of four handling several hundred calls a day, with a hard peak between 08:00 and 10:00 when a large share of callers hang up before anyone picks up.

What the agent does

An agent answers every inbound call, checks live calendar availability, books or reschedules, and sends the confirmation. Anything clinical is transferred to a human immediately.

What it is built to change

  • Every call answered at peak instead of a queue
  • Reminders sent without a staff member placing the call
  • Reception time moved from the phone to patients in the room

Real Estate

Residential agency, Montreal, Canada

After-hours lead capture

The problem

Enquiries arriving overnight and at weekends from buyers in other time zones. A callback the next morning routinely lost to whoever answered first.

What the agent does

A bilingual agent answers around the clock, qualifies the enquiry against the listing, books a viewing into the agent's calendar and writes the lead to the CRM before the call ends.

What it is built to change

  • After-hours enquiries answered instead of voicemail
  • Viewing booked during the first conversation
  • Lead in the CRM with a transcript attached, not a sticky note

Restoration & Field Services

Water-damage restoration company, New York

Emergency intake, 24/7

The problem

Emergency work arrives at 02:00 and goes to whoever picks up. An answering service takes a message; by the time it is read, the job is gone.

What the agent does

The agent answers immediately, captures address, damage type and insurance details, triages urgency, and pages the on-call technician with the intake already complete.

What it is built to change

  • Night calls answered in seconds, not returned in the morning
  • Structured intake instead of a message to decipher
  • On-call staff woken for real jobs only

Hospitality

Café and restaurant group, 12 locations

Orders and reservations during service

The problem

Staff cannot answer the phone during a rush, which is exactly when phone orders and reservations arrive.

What the agent does

One agent covers every location, takes the order or reservation, answers the routine questions about hours, allergens and parking, and escalates anything unusual.

What it is built to change

  • Phone answered through the rush without pulling staff off the floor
  • Reservations captured instead of lost to a busy tone
  • The same agent deployed across all locations at once

As stated above: the four profiles are illustrative scenarios we wrote to show how an agent is configured for each situation. They are not real companies, not anonymised customers and not testimonials, and nothing in them is a measured customer outcome. We do not publish results attributed to a client, named or unnamed, without that client's agreement. The platform figures at the top of this page are measured on our production database over the window shown.
